The exact same way you would do it with a controller. Move Forward + Primary Attack simultaneously. It's tricky to get right and rarely works when you want it to. If you know how to do a jumping attack, then it's the same as that but with a light attack rather than heavy. For parry you can do shift-right mouse or just hit left CTRL.

In Dark Souls you have 9 frames on a fat roll, 11 on a mid roll, 13 on a fast roll, 15 with a fast roll with the Dark Wood Grain Ring equipped. Compared to Dark Souls 3 and Elden Ring which both have 12 frames on fat roll, 13 for mid and fast roll. There’s honestly not much difference, but maybe you want to make sure you’re fast rolling so
1 Answer. It is absolutely possible to get comfortable at the kick and jump attack but there is no setting to make it easier. Yep, scimitar estoc rapier and a select few others do backstep moves instead of kick. Kinda sucks honestly because kicking is way more useful. Feel free to Private message me if you want to speak to me. morbid-snails (Topic Creator) 5 years ago #9.
Technically you have all the time in the world to wait them out, but the longer they waste on you, the less invasions they get to do. Simply go to your bonfire, take a seat and play the waiting game. Without fail they'll either crystal out, in which case they likely weren't going to be a threat anyway, or they come to you and either die or at
